The weekend was nice. Went to see Children of Men with Jill and Amber at the Rosebud. It was so comfy watching the movie on those velvet couches. I hope we go there again. VNV Is coming to MKE! OMFG!
Also I think you might like the urban_decay community. It's a photo community for crumbling buildings, some of which are very old.

it's mostly adults who bug me the most in theaters. talking on or playing games on their cell phones, kicking the seats, opening the individually wrapped candies that they snuck in so slow you'd swear a sloth was unwrapping candy right by your ear. mostly the kids shut up and watch the movie. it's still a treat for them.

Really? That's surprising all my worst movie moments were from crying babies, kids running up & down the aisles, a toddler climbing up my leg and teenagers talking on their cell phones.

I definetely want to see that movie.
I have not been to the Rosebud, I have been to the Fox Bay theater which is similar to the rosebud, but has more chairs and tables.
That would be nice, going to the movies in the mall is horrid!

We live pretty close to the Fox Bay so we go there a lot. It's nice but it sells out every weekend, and we always end up having to come back.
You should check out the Rosebud. Jill told me that they even play the movie in the bathroom!

The Rosebud owner is really mean so I dont go there. He tried to run Eric and Sue out of business a bunch of times.
They always tried to be friendly but he was a total jerk to them. It does sound nice to have couches though.

YEh hey!That will be fun, hopefully no one will talk through the movies there. The last 3 or so films we had people talking the whole way through..not even about the movie...
