These are very good points but this is so unexpected! Conflict and confusion. I mean, I just finally broke up with lj.. but maybe we can make it work? I need to think about this.

If I do come back, I vow to host my images elsewhere and not on Scrapbook. Also I have a friend that loves Dreamwidth, which is just like lj but without the bullshit.

It's frustrating to post things and get no response and frustrating to check in and not see any posts from friends. I admit I need the interaction. If I were writing just for myself I wouldn't put it online. I like to know that people are looking. I tried to do both for awhile, plus a few other little blog projects, but my energy spread too thin and I was online too much! I think about erasing my facebook all the time though. It's just too tied up with work and family now and would be such a pain to erase and start from scratch.

I might start posting again. Maybe it would be good to try it for a week and see how it goes.

I will miss being poked by and poking you. I think that is the only thing FB has that I will there was an LJ equivalent.
