Every year, the curriculum council sends out a list of topics the school can choose to teach its students. We got Australian Art 1960s onward, and Modern Design. For the exam, however, the curriculum council just writes one exam for all the schools, no matter what the kids got taught, so we get the questions for all of the topics.

I found a dollar today, and figured I could either spend it on a cinnamon doughnut, or a $1 scratchy. Three guesses what I did.

Turns out I won $4 and bought an iced person shaped doughnut with sprinkles and smarties on it!! Go me!!

Odd...I won on a scratchy yesterday too.

So the kettle broke. Again. But (for probably the seventh time) it broke within warranty, so we just exchanged it for a new one. We got to Target in Vic Park and the people were so rude !! when they eventually decided to serve us, they weren't particularly nice about it. Does anyone want a perfectly good **cough cough** toaster ? I need to get rid of it before I throw it at the wall the next time it burns half of my crumpet while leaving the other half stone cold and then refuses to give it back to me. I may electrocute myself trying to chainsaw it into little pieces in a fit of rage.
