Im not sure what else I wanted my CPN to do but I needed her to do something. She asked me what i thought about the crisis team and said that Im not needing them now but maybe in the near future if I continue being so low. I said no again, im really not sure what they can do for me...if anything. I dont know what ANYONE can do for me.

i wish i had the answer L, i really do, until you find the motivation in you just keep safe and keep plodding on, as shit as it is, times a healer so they say... just plz keep safe.
