Fab start to the day :D
Woke up before alarm at 8.15...didnt need to get up til 9. Jumped in the shower, got ready, had brekky etc then headed out. Went to my rambling group this morning which was a nice walk and also had a good chat with T who also works with crisis team aswell as day hospital.
