Today has been good :).

I went to last group at the day hospital. It was meant to be rambling so I was hoping would get some exercise...turns out because of all the stikes, we had to stay in the hosp so ended up playing Pictionary...not really my idea of exercise lol. Anyway, finished there now...I will pop back in with a card and some chocs for
