YAY SEBASTIAN! ♥ YAY MARK! ♥ YAY JENSON! ♥ What a great podium that was today :)

That was a bit of a race! I thought both Red Bull's did an incredible job, they were supreme out there, Jens was good but he couldn't catch them. I do feel that Sebastian had the edge on Mark though, he was absolutely peerless today, as he was in Monza last year. I think we have a new Rainmaster. I'd love to see Sebastian and Michael fighting in these conditions, and in the same car to really highlight their skills, that would be quite something to see!

I was gutted for Adrian Sutil when he spun off, he was in such a good position; he seems to have shit luck when he's running in the points (anyone remember Monaco last year?). He's a better driver than his overall points tally gives him credit for, I think. Also, I think it would have been absolutely HILARIOUS if Ferrari had been left as the only non-point-scoring team. I love Felipe and Kimi to bits, I really do, but I Do Not Like Ferrari and the thought of them being the only team on nil points fills me with GLEE. Alas, it was not to be, but it did make me smile.

Sebastian Buemi put on a good show, I was very impressed by him. He fully deserved that point that he picked up. Fernando was pretty racy, he was quite fun to watch over-taking. Shame they pitted so early because he ended up way down the back and there was just too much work for him to do to come away from the afternoon with some points, though it's not for the lack of effort on his part. Ditto for Nico, shame they pitted so early too, because that left him down the back and the field spread out so much it kinda screwed his race. Putting on inters was a smart move; turned out not to pay off in the end, but they had nothing to lose by it, and if it had worked they would have gone storming past everyone else, it was certainly worth a try. He's been absolutely fantastic in practices this season so far and he was strong in winter testing too; I'm disappointed that he has hadn't stronger race finishes.

Watching the McLarens and the Ferraris squabble and try to pass each other was jolly good fun, especially when one of them would spin off and have to do it all again, that was entertaining.

Overall, an exciting race, though it would have been nice to have a bit of dry running; I like when the conditions change because there's always the question of when to come in to change tyres and that always makes things exciting. Still I thought today was exciting (I didn't fall asleep like I did yesterday in quali) so I can't really complain!

Bahrain next week, I can't wait!
