I have a new obsession show! I was chatting with Mum on skype a couple of months ago and she asked if I was watching Downton Abbey. No, I said, tell me more. So she told me what it was about (for those who don't know it: it's a period drama set before/during/after the first world war, set in a grand house that follows the lives of those both

YAY !! Another Downton person! I got into this a couple of months ago (just before the second season started!) and bullied lizbuf into watching too. But now there is no more until Christmas, Christmas!! This is very distressing.

Maggie Smith is amazing, I love her! She's absolutely perfect for the role. Some of the lines she gets are just so perfectly acted... Anyone else and I don't think I'd even care about the character.

Anna and Bates were one of my first ships on the show too, though Mary and Matthew need to bloomin' get togeher already. :)
