Thank you so much for your insights & balance. I so appreciate folks who are willing to take steps to improve their life from wherever they are in whatever ways function best for them.

It's amazing, this journey. I love seeing you on the path of wellness in such a true way. My friends & family are very willing to cooperate with me on my tastes but most of the time these days we all just go to our favorites places as usual. The only thing that's changed is me & my menu choices.

I can honestly say.. I've never eaten so well. Both in the physical health sense & in the matter of taste.

I find myself saying "I love this!" I never knew that. That I could or that I would. I had to step out of the usual, the familial, the expected to try something totally new to me. I'm so glad I did.. & continue to. So relieved & so very glad.

Eating raw helps me eat a much more balanced diet, too, without the temptations of vegetarian equivalents of junk food, to which I used to succumb periodically. I know lots of people, and have read stories of so many more, who have drastically improved their health - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - by eating raw. There's a reason raw foodies are so enthusiastic, because it works, and they're ( ... )
