Watching the events unfold in the news over the past 24 hours has left me raw with emotion. How in the hell can something so evil be happening so often in our schools? Okay, so the title is a little very misleading. I have to admit, nonetheless, I did have a date workout session with one of the stars on Baywatch, Jeremy Jackson (a.k.a. Hobie Buchannon-Hobie is all grown up!). Well, me and ten or so of my blogging friends worked out, that is. Jeremy Jackson kicked our butts with an hour long boot camp class.

I went to visit my doctor today. It has been five years since I visited her for the same symptoms. Today she told me that I am suffering from Moderate Anxiety Disorder. There was never a label attached to it before. Mr. Bear immediately created an acronym of M.A.D. for it, which made me laugh. “I’m MAD as a March hare,” is what I thought.

It took me a while, but running is becoming a routine in my life again. Since we bought our treadmill at the beginning of summer, I have been spending a lot more than I have in a long time.
