shit sucks, bad. keep a calendar of when you "switch" and go for a normal physical and ask for blood tests (hormones and shit) cuz thyroid issues can also cause mental things. and try omega-3's 1000mg 3 times a day. or b-complex. but i dont know about both together, or 5-htp, but take care with the 5-htp it can interact with shit, as can st. johns wort. i hope you get things figured out, cuz not knowing is THE worst.
Good ideas i'll have to try those out for sure! and yes it completely sucks not knowing, because like I KNOW it's something and that its not 100% me causing the issues UGH! haha and now that i live with someone else its just not fair to be in and out of these awful moods that i can not control :(
