I made a desk!
Yes, it's true. I've kept myself pretty busy today making a desk. Remember how I mentioned that I bought those old bi-fold doors at the junkyard? Well, I painted them and screwed some Ikea table legs into them and...
(the green storage thingie under the desk is just a cheapo thing from Ikea that I've had for years)
I would like to get a piece of plexi-glass to put over the top of the desk, making the surface completely level, however I don't think it's a good idea until after I move and get myself established wherever I'm going to end up living. It's going to be nice though! It already is nice. It's soo big. Plenty of room for all my stuff. I need to bring the scanner in too...but I'm too tired to set it up right now.
Ah well, happy 4th of July everyone. I hope everyone has a nice holiday. I will be celebrating with mojitos, fireworks, and friends.
