Outside of Waldbaum's tonight some people had leashed their beagle to a garbage can while they were shopping. She just sat there whimpering the whole time, and I felt bad so I petted her and kept her company until it was just unreasonable for me to continue sitting outside a grocery store chatting with a stranger's dog
