I've made it to day two

It got kind of long so if you want to read feel free.

Okay, so here's what happened on Sunday. My mom, yes I live with my mom I have no job where else would I live, anyway so she decides to do some cleaning in the garage and so an adventure starts. A little back story in the winter the garage door gets temperamental and when you hit the button to lower it once it closes it bounces right back up. So what we have to do is hit the button right away to only leave a small space open. So it had been like that for several weeks until it got warm enough to fully close the door or at least warm enough for long enough to remember to close it. So mom had closed it fully the Monday before.

So now that you understand the situation here's what happened. Mom goes in the garage and this like five foot tall wine bottle she has had since the seventies is broken so she knows while there was an opening somebody got up to no good. She had previously seen one of the feral cats in the neighborhood coming out the garage but didn't even think about it before she closed the door.

So she starts cleaning and then hears these plaintive little mews. Well we have a lot of junk in the garage and so she couldn't see anything and called our neighbor for help (she knows I can be useless). They track down the cry and find a teen tiny little grey kitten with beautiful blue eyes. Since his wife is sucker for animals and feeds the feral cats he said he would take the kitten with him until we could figure out what to do.

After he goes home a little while later there are more cries. This time I was enlisted as the spotter after she found another but there were still more cries. So I came down and held the one to quite it while trying to find the others. So I finally spot it but they are actually two more. My mom in the mean time had tried to call the neighbor again but he didn't answer, we thought maybe he didn't want any more.

So we borrow a wire dog kennel from another neighbor to keep them all together and they were just the cutest things. There was another grey with white paws, and two blacks one with white paws and all with blue eyes. We figured they had to be about 4 or 5 weeks since according to the web that's when they can make wobbly steps. And they all slept on top of each other it was so cute.

Found out cats do not care for skim milk. But the neighbor brought some whole milk and they took some of that from one of those bulb things you use to suck out snot from babies. We did finally get ahold of the first neighbor who had gone to get kitten formula from PetSmart. He took the other three and kept them until this morning when he took them to a no kill shelter in a nearby suburb.

Sorry I don't have pictures but I do not have a fancy phone to able to upload them. And I didn't think about getting the digital until it was too late. Since I hate having my picture taken I don't really think about taking them of other things.

So hopefully they be adopted quickly since they were cute little things since we could not keep them because of allergies.

So that was my excitement for the week. Now that I have made a short story long I will sign off for today. I tried to do read more cut but when I clicked preview it didn't show it so if doesn't work sorry for the length. Okay now that it has posted it has the cut but did not put the ramble hidden. I am hopeless.
