Working out...
I can now constantly (absolutely no stopping) work out in my target heart rate zone for over an hour. I am up to jogging on the treadmill, too... even with an incline... and have given up the exercise bike because it doesn't provide me a real workout anymore. A surprise visitor...
We were at Tom's work in Detroit and went out to the dumpster... to find a little kitten there... in a box. :( He was very hungry, so we took him in and went to the store and bought the needed supplies. Well, I was really getting annoyed with the constant repairs of my relatively newer cars. I mean, for Christ's sake, my '04 Trailblazer set me back 2500 in repairs last year and even though I haven't owned an older model car in years, they were nickel and diming me to death ( Read more... )
