I finished my first race! It was a 5K along the Genesee River with gorgeous weather, couldn't have asked for better! I did have a stomach ache by the end of it which maybe slowed me down, but then of course that means there's room to improve next time! i ran 4 miles tonight.
god.
feet hurt, tummy cramping. heart has finally stopped feeling like it is going to blow straight out of my chest.

and somehow, i'd do it again??

I am so proud of myself.

I was feeling really down about myself about my weight after going to the mall and discovering I was 4 sizes larger than the size I think of myself as, the size all of my cute clothes are. And nothing looked good on me, and all I bought was toothpaste.
