I'm pumped just reading your goals, hun. Try not to let the stubborn blood pressure get you down. Being able to hit the elliptical for that long is insane but you're hanging. Go you!!
Wow, 20 minutes on the elliptical is nothing to sneeze at! I can only keep up a good pace on there for about 10 minutes, so I do most of my cardio on the treadmill.
