FUCK MY LIFE why am i so unbelievably broke and awful at managing my fucking money.  just overdrafted AGAIN because i thought i had enough money to take out a certain amount, i budgetted and everything but fucking express decided to take my payment out NOW instead of 4 fucking days ago and i didnt notice so i overdrafted and fuck my life i hate

For what it's worth, I feel the same way and have dealt with the same issues in the past. No, I haven't fixed it...

Here's some support! Keep at it. It might help to ignore your bank statements in calculating how much money you have available - do you have a check book? They have a handy spreadsheet included generally that will let you track all of your purchases. It's a bit old, but that will prevent any future overdrafts - ever! :)
