man, almost 2 weeks since a public entry...i've found that doing a lot of private entries helps me get out what i really feel and want to say and not have to worry what other people are going to say or think about it. anyway, let's see..what's been goin on w/ me?..i finished summer semester w/ an 86 in biology(bleh, due to too much stressful ( Read more... )

Hey, just a little friendly advice from experience....

you might wanna watch your calories more than your carbs...b/c ur carbs is what gives you your energy to do the work-outs & if you take that away... then you'll be too tired to actually get a good work out...

just my personal experience... & if u talk to a dr they'll put u on a counting ur calories, sugars, & fats.... & it's actually not as hard as it sounds :D.....

but anyways just a tip! :D

girl, the best way to do it is just burn more than you put in , just count and then walk them away.. lol, iam doign good 5 lbs

well a doctor told my dad he had to loss weight and that was what he did plus after dinner her drinks about a shot glass of apple cider vinegar.... it helps to break down sugars and stuff so it doesnt just go straight to storage in your body..

hhmm... i was just wondering cause my doctor told me it was bad for you to do that... but then again different doctors have different opinions & different situations bring about different things that need to be done... which is good

& 5 lbs is good, hope you reach ur goal! :D
