you might wanna watch your calories more than your carbs...b/c ur carbs is what gives you your energy to do the work-outs & if you take that away... then you'll be too tired to actually get a good work out...
just my personal experience... & if u talk to a dr they'll put u on a counting ur calories, sugars, & fats.... & it's actually not as hard as it sounds :D.....
but anyways just a tip! :D
