Because of the Arthur thing and not being able to eat for awhile, I actually lost about 10 lbs. Since then, I have been actively working on cutting my portions, eating slowly, and although I love food and love tasting food, when I am no longer hungry I stop eating. And working on not eating out of boredom. It's kept the weight off so far...if I can stay in the habit I think I will make some good progress.
Another thing - when I go out to dinner now, I get a to-go box right away, cut whatever it is I ordered completely in half and throw it in there right away. THAT has been extremely helpful.
