Obnoxious paperwork (again)

They do have an email address, or live online support -- check out .

Were you able to find an email address on that page? I scoured it several times, but it's possible I missed something. The "Contact Us" link on that page just sends me back to the very same page.

My experience with Live Support has been negative -- at best, even if I made my point across, which is doubtful, I wouldn't be talking to the right people.

Oh, hm. When I had an issue one of the options at the bottom had been email, but it looks like it's not showing up for anything I try now. Can't find anything online, either. Can you call them? I did find one site that says to reach a live person there call 800-854-3970 and keep pressing "#" when they request your Incident ID#..

That's insane. I'm sorry you have to deal with this!

FWIW, for the last ~5 years I've been using online tax software called Tax Act and it's a lot cheaper--about $17.00 for both federal & state.

Not that this really helps, but I looked at my stuff with TurboTax as learning where all the deducations go, and then just did them myself in subsequent years. Think of it as another down payment on homeownership. Each $89 is tax deductible, at least. :(
