How are you doing? I've been busy these past five years, thanks. I just popped back in to say that I'm still alive, and to tell you all that adam_epp and I got married at San Francisco city hall last December 31. Yeah, that Adam.

I don't think your Livejournal friends are really around any longer. A few things:

1. Your nephews aren't actually that old yet. I guess they're technically my nephews, too, now, but I think one of them gave me a cold so they're yours.
2. You're only marrying me once, technically.
3. I'm hoping it takes less than a year for you to get a permanent resident card. I'd be amazed if it took fewer than seven months.
4. I read Charlotte Brontë ages ago. I read Anne Brontë last year. I tried Emily ages ago, but this year could be the one in which I actually finish Wuthering Heights. It's true that I hate Charlotte, though. She's one of my least favourite Victorian writers.

I guess it's just you and me, husband.

1. Whatever virus they may give you in the future, they are still your nephews. Remember, now you have two boys who idolize your gaming skills. Isn't that what every man secretly wants?
2. Emotionally, it feels like a second go.
3. I have five minutes before I have to rush to work, so dang, I don't want to think about that right now.
4. We really need to buy some Kate Beaton; I love her jokes about the Brontë sisters.

And just to embarrass you in front of old friends who may (or may not) exist anymore...

I love you. See you later.

OMG. Mazel tov.

I'm not around LJ anymore but Adam pointed me to this news via Bleach fandom and I.... wow, I remember when ... haha, let's just say I remember when this relationship was but a mere embryo. LJ was borked when he posted the link so I didn't check until just this moment and this entry was not what I was expecting, although like all BEST reveals in fiction and in real life, I must say I saw it coming. Still feels lovely, though.

This couldn't have happened to two more wonderful people.

Many many many blessings. Much love.
