ARGH!!!

So Im suppose to go to the neurologist this morning in... an hour and 45 minutes.. its at least an hour away and they are suppose to take me.. and yet.. no one knows whats going on. I dont have my paperwork from the hospital visits because they insisted on taking it.. I dont know where the office is.. and so help me if I miss this appointment
