While it's upsetting to know how badly the depression has been suffocating you, it's a deep relief to know how aware you are of it- knowing is at least a small part of the battle you already have won.
*headnudge* Now that I've got my passport being renewed for the Ireland trip this summer, and James is working on getting his first one, I've been seriously planning a trip to Canadaland- it'd have to be a weekend to accommodate James's work schedule, but I'm planning how we can save up and just go, sometime after July. And, of course, first order of Canadian business would be a Toronto-area trip to see you, and Kim. So! I might not be there spontaneously, but I -have- been planning to visit you!
Google the science fair quilt . . . I'm desperate for that pattern and it'd be a good one to start with! And I'd love to see a star chart one! Quilting is really nice and relaxing for me. The piecework is fun but I'm finding the hand quilting is the best part. I can sit and watch tv or movies and just kind of zone and be productive at the same time. I can't wait to show off my first finished product! If you have any questions, feel free to poke me :D

And yeah, I recognize the signs a lot sooner than I used to. It helps a lot. I still wish they made all-better pills though!
