So apparently my body's new wakeup time is 6am. It's been 5 days in a row now no matter what time I go to bed. I am enjoying the whole being productive with 2-5 extra hours each morning but . . . I like sleep? I like being able to stay up later and talk to my night-hawk friends. However I tell myself this is supposedly a healthier sleep ( Read more... )

I used to do the same thing... stay up late because that was when the people I cared about most were online. But... yeah. When I stopped doing that, just as an experiment, I did notice a difference in my mood and overall health. If you notice a difference in your mood that might be enough motivation to keep going, maybe?
