sitting on the couch, i need to start getting dressed for work, yes i am a night shift worker, no my schedule didnt magically get switched. In the on going work schedule drama I traded to have thanksgiving off back in june, i worked 4th of july, my coworker worked thanksgiving. so in sept kristy asked for a sweater, i spent almost a month working on it and i have 5 inches to show for my work. Problem is it needs to be 30 inches long. So i have temporarily given up and i am working on a crocheted version of her sweater, in one day i have 5 inches... too bad this pattern calls for 38 inches ( Read more... ) -

Whine...
So its fall, so my wrist hurts, nothing new there. Not sure what i did today but now my hand is swollen and it hurts like when you bruise your hand. So odds are its not related to my wrist but whine it hurts. -

So Duke finally stole food. Turned around from being in the kitchen to find Duke standing on the couch licking peanut butter off a bagel. Had to stop myself and remember how to scold a dog since its been a year and he has never climbed to get to food. -

So in my brokeness i have decided to try and make christmas/birthday from fabric and yarn i have around the house... i also have worked the last 10 days in a row, work every other for the weekend and then work 52 hours next week, so maybe this wasnt the best idea ( Read more... ) -
