Yes, yes! to caring more about Dan Harmon's writing than his dickishness. I ain't even sorry.

I know, right? If dickishness was going to be a disqualifying factor for me for a show runner, there'd be a lot of TV I couldn't be excited about.

And we might get a good Christmas Community ep again! I would take any amount of douche behaviour for that.

Dan Harmon was the guest at a SF live show of the Nerdist Podcast, got absolutely plastered before the show and proceeded to thoroughly embarrass himself throughout. It was painful to watch. I think it is the only podcast that has never been made available.

That said, Community was definitely a better show when he was running it.

That...sounds pretty terrible. I don't think there's any doubt he's a bit of a fuckup. I just find I can't bring myself to care about it. Not when my TV happiness is concerned! Priorities, I has them.
