I have Walter, not sure if he is worth trying to save. I hope he is, our mother obsessed killer is still human. maybe that is a was. Anyway I am using a magick circle to keep him from escaping. Plus keeping him chained for now.

I'd suggest you be cautious. The man is a hybrid of some sort. From what I have heard from the priest and from what I've been able to find on the theology of Silent Hill's provincial cult, he is the product of some kind of ceremony. It imbued him with powers of a kind I've so far been unable to determine.
That aside, in the time Juno was in the City, she gave me casefiles previously belonging to Agent Mulder regarding murders this man had committed in his time there.
He may or may not remember having committed those particular crimes, but there is substantial evidence in back issues of the Silent Hill newspapers that he committed others.
We are not dealing with an ordinary killer, but I feel rather discomfited with the idea of you having to entertain a killer at all.

Oh, I bet he's none too happy about that.
Still, these things usually travel in pairs. If you don't want Sister Claudia breathing down your back I suggest you turn him loose again.
I can't believe I just said that.
What I'd prefer is if you cut him up into palm sized chunks and buried each piece 90 miles from the next, but we can't all be as sensible as I am.
