I'm so bad at blogging recently. This is a result of having pretty much nothing to do, but finding that my days are filled with "stuff". Only like, 9 days til America! I've been MIA for the past month...but, it's only 3 weeks to go until America! So like, life is a big adventure. The past month has been suuuper busy. Man, there was a 10 day period where I pretty much was home to sleep before rushing off somewhere else. 2 looooong days spent at Queen's trying to get a lot of work done before Easter break, a wedding, babysitting (which I love), and camping, which was awesome. I've been doing the Discipleship 1 course with the Vineyard for the past few weeks. It has been really good to go back to the basics and rediscover and reflect (yes, I reflect in my daily, non-social work life too!) on my relationship with God, how I understand Him and what this is all about ( Read more... )

Now I am 21, and I feel so blessed by my family and friends this weekend. Also, this week was a week of prayer and fasting in church, which was incredibly encouraging for me. I am excited about the unity and community that developed as the week went on, with people meeting to pray and worship together. At times I think 'wow'...at the changes that ( Read more... )
