How does one make screen-shots/screen-caps of a DVD from the computer? o.o!!!

I myself use a program called "Power DVD." I'm not sure where you can get it though. ._.;; (Someone sent it to me >>) Might you have that and not know it? XD

Ohh, I know I don't have that program. My computer has WinDVD and Windows Media Player. I usually use Windows Media Player. Thanks for showing some concern though. I am so awful with computers. XDDD;;; *clingy*
