Of course, hun. Being in pain is tough and I hope that with my prayers, you'll find some relief.

ack! sorry, thanks for letting me know!

I'm praying for you now, hun. And I hope you'll find some light in your life soon. I'm sure that wherever you are, the Lord is with you, even if you don't see or feel Him. And in the mean time, I'll give you this passage:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. -Proverbs 3:5-6

It means that even if you aren't religious, have faith and trust others. Not just yourself. Because in others, you can find a bit of peace that'll help you find your way again. ♥

I have a strong faith in Jesus and I love being a Christian, but I have an "issue" that I feel I can't ask any of my church friends about because sadly, despite the fact that the Bible says only God can judge, so many of our fellow Christians find it their job to judge every little thing people do and it pisses me off. /end mini rant. But I think you're awesome and I love how open-minded you are, on top of knowing that you give wonderful advice, so I was wondering if I could ask you a question ( ... )

First of all, I have to say that I admire you for your bravery in bringing this up, even if it's under anonymity. It can be hard to voice one's insecurities or worries because it's so much easier to just keep them to one's self. So, kudos to you for that.

And I can tell you already that you're doing one of the best things possible in regards to your concerns. Praying to the Lord about it is the best thing to do and the most wisest. After all, who would know better about answering that question than the Lord? I mean, heck, Christ was a Jew.

As for my opinion on the matter: I can tell you that I've stumbled across this issue before. Not in the terms of a Christian and a Jew, but my girlfriend is a practicing Wiccan. She is firm in her faith and I am firm in mine, yet we are still able to discuss anything from faith to fandom. As long as we continue to be honest and communicate with each other, as well as keeping in mind that pushing the one you love somewhere or into something will only want to make them pull away more ( ... )

Wow! I... I can't tell you how very flattered I am by this! I was completely taken by surprise when I woke up with this in my inbox and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!

I can assure you that I'm probably not as great as you might think, sob. I'm human, after all. And I make all sorts of mistakes. Strength, for me, comes from the support of my family, my friends, my girlfriend, and the Lord. Without these, I really wouldn't make it on my own.

But despite this, I hope I continue to be someone you look up to. I mean aslkdgh aaaah, I've never really thought of myself as a mentor for anyone before, but to think someone sees me that way really makes me want to better myself even more so I can be a good influence.

And you're more than welcome for the post. I would be more than happy to pray for you that your health improves and continues to stay good. Thank you so much, once again for such kind words. Aaaaahhh I'm all flustered now. XD;;;
