Yes do read the book...very good! Also hope you can find a way to do yoga! Even if you do some at home with video...I do that sometimes too. :)

Girl Interrupted ~ really cool movie.

Yoga ~ oh dear, even my Reiki healer managed to discover my dislike of yoga when last we journeyed together! It was quite funny ~ she's too damn smart that woman, I can't hide anything from her.

I'll stick to walking & leave you bendy people too it ;)
