Once again......lovesrabbitsApril 29 2013, 22:53:06 UTC
A friend of mine, going through grief, spent the first two years in bed. And when she wasn't in bed, she was drinking too much and going out with too many of the wrong men. And turning her back on any of the relationships she did have. Anything to dull the pain. That's Blaine. And Kurt is still trying to pick up the pieces and work himself into forgetfulness. They are on that very fine line.....will love sustain them?
I'm so glad that I'm telling this story in a way that is real and palpable. Grief is such a difficult thing to nail down, because it takes so many different forms for everyone, and I'm glad I'm being able to make it real for you. <3

It's very real for me. You're doing an amazing job. I can identify with just about everything you've written so far, save for the reason for the loss. And as you know, it doesn't matter what form that loss takes, grief is grief.
