Aw, GR, I know this wasn't the lightest of chapters, but I guess it was inevitable...their pasts were going to come back to haunt them eventually and boy has it ever, at least for Jack. I really appreciate your comments, GR. Thank you so much for reading. I really appreciate it.

What an eventful and powerful chapter. If only the lanky man hadn't turned up and they hadn't both taken a pop at him!

Dr Lambertus is being understanding and fair. He has a duty to maintain the integrity of the facility. But how sad and desperate they must both feel. I loved the way Ennis stood up for his man and the hand holding on the desk was sweet.

I feel sad for both of them. Hope the next chapter will bring us closer to the happy ending you have promised.

That idiot in the diner was a bad move for everyone. Should have just gotten up and left the place and let the guy follow them out to the parking lot and ignored him. Lots of other places to eat. Walking away from something like this is harder than fighting. But, now the damage is done and well if they can both live through this separation maybe the Doc will help them find a way. Joe
