Since it's my current topic of conversation I was curious:

If your a couple- Does one of you sign the cards from both, or do you sign them individually?

Does it bother you if some one signs a card from both?

Does anyone know the "proper etiquette" for signing cards?

i sign for both, and it does not bother me to receive a card signed by both. unless the person who didn't sign doesn't like me, or something. then it would seem ingenuine. otherwise, it's a matter of convenience, especially if you're sending a whole bunch of things at once.

Not sure about "proper etiquette", but would guess that sending out cards would be considered "traditionally" a "wife's job" and that the wife would sign for both, the husband having "more important things to do."

Today I think it's, as karinny said, a matter of convenience -- both can sign if both are around, but it's no biggie if one signs for both.

I sign for both Marty and I but change the handwriting :) Usually I "force his hand" and make him do it himself.
