last night i saw the single greatest thing i have ever had the privilege of viewing.

that's right- matty nusko...doing the the splits. he also promised to let us watch his figure skating videos. seriously, this kid never ceases to amaze me! from sandboxes to being wallflowers to ab contests to falling in love... last night was hilariously awesome.

Oh comeon. Destruction of civil liberties? O'Connor was a swing justice anyway. Besides, Republicans rule anyway. Politics aside, when are we hanging out?

sure she was a swing vote. however, she has swung decisions largely to advance civil liberties on issues like workers' rights, criminal justice and abortion.
