I'm bummed

So I start my new job today (have to leave soon). I just got an email letting me know I have to pay for parking ($11/day) and will have no benefits. They only pay for parking and benefits for employees "SCHEDULED" for 25+ hours a week - they have me there 24 hours a week. I won't be working there long, that's for sure. Hell, I'm not even

Can they bump up your hourly pay to compensate for the $55 hours a week? Or can you talk to other part time folks to see if thye manage to get around the parking situation?
