So let me get this straight, Anthem... I've had an account with you people since 2006. I am less than a week late with a payment, yet suddenly my account has been made inactive? I no longer have health insurance

Wow, that's really charming of them. And you just know that if THEY were late sending you some paperwork or whatever, they'd have a million excuses about how it was perfectly reasonable. I really hope it turns out to be some stupid clerical error when you call tomorrow.
