Honestly, I can't really fathom what they were thinking. If it's that hard to mod, then why don't they don't ask for help? Or, you know, change the rules so it's not so much work for them? I mean, really?

Um. Seriously? I don't know. Is there still somewhere on LJ for Sherlock? Because Sherlock is one of the really huge Tumblr fandoms - there's people posting art, and fic, and vids, and having discussions and meta and all of that. I don't interact with anyone over there, and I totally miss the LJ form of posting + communicating, but even as an observer there's more Sherlock stuff being posted than I can even begin to keep track of. It's weird; there's definitely networks of a sort, with BNFs as central nodes and people hanging out in their space...?
And, hey, Reddit has a subreddit for Sherlock! Which is very well modded. (Mostly because the only mod who does any damn work at all is doctorskuld. X3)
