I don't know if I've seen this mentioned on you lj but I know I have on your tumblr, so - Carlos the Scientist!

Carlos! Beautiful, perfect Carlos with that beautiful, perfect hair! He's a scientist, did you know? He does science. He's so smart! So perfect! So dreamy!

Obviously, we only really see Carlos through Cecil's eyes so who the heck knows if his hair really is perfect or if he's scarred from, idk, that one lab explosion a few years back (or from the people in that tiny city). But I love how he goes from calling public meetings about everything that seems to be strange in Night Vale (ahahahahaha!) to just texting Cecil about random weird stuff and hey, what do they want for dinner tonight?

I also love that Carlos seems to be of the Rodney McKay school of science: Cecil, your question was about botany. I don't do botany. I do SCIENCE.

You love Joan Watson! You love Abbie Mills! You have them down to a T, and I love what you said about each of them. *beams* I was wondering if you would share your thoughts on Ichabod (who I love) and Katrina? Individually or as a couple - whatever suits you is fine. :)

Ichabod and Katrina make for a somewhat unusual TV couple because they're so utterly devoted to each other. Ichabod pines after his wife something awful, and Katrina in turn apparently made quite a few questionable/outright bad choices to keep Ichabod from dying - even when he was already dead. She's playing the long game; very long, in fact, and I'm curious to see where it ends.

The thing I find most adorable about the two of them is that Katrina has more or less given up on getting anywhere, trapped as she is. She's never happy to see Ichabod when he manages (yet again) to soul-travel to her, instead fearing for him. But he's just as stubborn as her, willing to give just about everything to have her be safe, so it's basically a tug-of-war about who'll eventually get to save whom. Makes me grin every time. :D
