Does it feel good to be moving more? Is your body happier, or do you find you're more tired at the end of the day?
I always say that the hardest part about working out is putting on my sneakers and walking out the door to go exercise, but once I'm there (or going for a bike ride, or whatever) I'm so much happier and I sleep better, too.
