Your household had a card catalog?!?!?!?! I've wanted one of those ever since someone at the library I worked for in college got one as a retirement present. But I also have lots of small things that need homes.

The pie safe is actually a good size for games. The flour bin would be good for storing linens. I think, ultimately, we can work something out. But I think I will take the two matching beds and assemble the best pieces into one bed I keep, and one bed I sell. I need to find someone who can fix the box spring.

It was a really big card catalog, with 90 drawers, I think. I got it when the MIT engineering library was getting rid of all their card catalogs back in 1998. But it was a huge pain to move, so I ended up storing it in someone's garage during a move, and it stayed there. Last I heard it was being used/destroyed for some art piece.
