Body and Appearance

BOOTYLICIOUS. And I guess on the taller side of things. Think Bettie Page but a troll.

10 solar sweeps, or the rough equivalent of 22 in "human years."
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
She has rather confident posture. Stands up straight, puffed out chest, all that because she's awesome and she knows it. 8)
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
She's blind, but she doesn't really consider that a disability much at all. She's also surprisingly spry in spite of her chubbiness and taste for sweets. Trolls metabolize differently from humans I guess!
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Terezi's movements are careful and controlled, 'agile' would probably be the best way to describe her. She knows what she's doing and is very aware of her surroundings, and considering she grew up in a tree she's probably got a freakishly keen sense of balance. The woman's got monkeybeast-caliber climbing skills.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
How DOES a blind girl perceive herself in a mirror? But sure, she's hot for a troll and she knows it. It's all in the glasses and totally chilling laughter. B) Also, if 'Troll Bettie Page' doesn't set off some kind of attractiveness bells to you, there's something wrong. 8(
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Gray, probably not without its nicks and dents from being a troll and growing up in a tree. No noticeably huge scars or anything, but her skin isn't completely pristine, either.

Black, curls up at the bottom, cut somewhere around chin-length.
9. What color are her eyes?
In canon, they're solid red, but when I apped this character that hadn't quiiiite been revealed yet... which is an 'oops' on my part, but I'm too lazy to go back and fix it. So for that, I'm just gonna handwave it: after all these years, the reddened damage to her eyes have for the most part healed over, so in the instance she DOES take her glasses off you'll be seeing mostly-yellow sclera (with red in the corners of her eyes) and scarred over white corneas. The damage to her eyesight is irreversible, but she honestly wouldn't have it any other way.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Claws, short conical orange horns, perfectly even, triangular teeth that are not unlike a shark's. They might even be serrated, if you like your trolls with a side of nightmare fuel. :V

Terezi has tension centers?

Like a tornado hit a thrift store. Red shoes are a constant, however.

Yes, actually-- although she has bad taste in clothing, she at least wants something that'll fit. Even if it's a completely tacky pair of shorts with 'JUICY' written on the bottom because she finds it hilarious.

She'll dress up if she feels like it, but on most days she doesn't care enough to. The only time you might see her dress formally would be if she were doing some mad legislacerating, because those suits are totally snappy and intimidating, to boot. But she wouldn't show up to work wearing godawful shorts or in her pajamas, it's unbecoming of a LIBRAWLIAN.

Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
I actually have a hard time pinning what she actually sounds like! It's easier to write like her, mostly through association by reading chatlogs -- but if anything, I guess I imagine her talking like she's about to burst into hysterical laughter, unless she's trying to play up that whole 'scary legislacerator' gig. Then it's low, dangerous, and her tone is very controlled. But for the most part? Mocking laughter, in spoken form.
Later edit: Female goblin voice in WoW, totally. Seriously.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
LOUD! And fast. Talking comes easy to her, she's the chattiest of the chatty broads. She'll ask lots of questions and carry on and on until she's forced to shut up. But Terezi is seriously fucking loud and has no concept of an inside voice. Everything she does is everybody's business. Everything. It doesn't matter if other people don't want to hear it, because it only increases the amusement value for her if someone's delicate sensibilities are offended.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
She laughs at anything and everything, does that count?
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
Alternian, which is exactly the same as English.

Nope.

'Impromptu' is her middle name. The woman thinks a mile a minute, here.

I don't know if 'eloquent' is the right word, but she's not a stuttering dur hur caveman either. I'd say she's concise and to the point, she makes no effort to dress up her words or rub her fronds in a thesaurus. She's not trying to impress anybody, she's already smart in other ways. Why go through all the effort to prove to others what she already knows? :V
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
Incredibly smart. Not a genius, and definitely not a scientist, but knows her way around people and how to manipulate them without the assistance of any psionic powers. And definitely book-smart, aside from running the damn library she was pretty deep in her nook studying the fine art of legislaceration and knowing all the laws. All of them.
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
She doesn't just think on her feet, she thinks on her feet's feet.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Terezi can smell your fear. Literally.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
Aside from being schoolfed, she was about to ascend from the lawhive of legislaceration before getting pulled into the City.

LAW. LAW LAW LAW. But aside from that, Terezi is a sponge of general information -- and what she doesn't know, she'll go take the initiative and do some research. It's rather unfortunate that her laws mean nothing in the City, but she's resilient. There's other cool things to learn out there.

Cheerful, laid-back, don't give a fuck, everything is really a big joke to her. ...unless you happen to get on her bad side. Then you wouldn't know it, but find yourself in some pretty deep shit while she watches (sniffs?) with a big smile. :V

Disarmingly friendly, asking lots of questions to squirrel away information in her many mental databanks for further use should the need arrive. She's more likely to bother someone else before they bother her.

That depends on the situation.

Terezi doesn't fight, she grooves. Because really, who's going to pick a fight with a blind girl? Even if you win, you lose because you had to do something lame like picking a fight with a blind girl, and if you lose, you have to deal with the humiliation brought on by having your ass kicked by a blind girl. Nobody wins but Terezi.

All of the above.

Terezi is actually pretty well-balanced for a troll, considering they're all pretty fucked up.

Overcoming her blindness, getting back at Vriska, simply being Terezi. She is what she is.

Being alone, I guess. Terezi is nothing without hapless schmucks to troll or having someone to pester constantly. Also, losing her sense of humor.

She still holds on to the dream of returning to the courtroom, but on a smaller scale, she just wants her life to keep being awesome.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
This one's actually pretty hard, because she's a distressingly open person. I can think of situations where she keeps her motivations well-hidden, but I can't find anything particularly about her that she wouldn't want anyone to know. I'd say, if anything, it'd be how she got blinded since very few people know about that.
...actually, the fact that she still cares about Vriska would probably be a thing.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents lusus.
Growing up, Terezi was practically an orphan -- she had a lusus, but she wasn't aware of her until she became blinded. Unborn dragons don't tend to make for very involved custodians, so Terezi pretty much had to raise herself until she needed that guidance. Perhaps it was for the better she wasn't raised 'properly,' as she's fiercely independent and has a strong DIY mentality.
Unless you want to get really technical, then Karkat is her dad since he paradox cloned her and the rest of the trolls. Then that just takes their relationship to an entirely disturbing new level.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
All the trolls are practically siblings. All of them.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
I'm... gonna waffle and steal dungenessmaster's answer and say that as far as blood relatives go, that'd be her lusus. See two questions up.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
Vriska will forever be her shitty baby sister.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
I... actually want to say Dave, they are totally interspecies brothers from another mother (grub). They'd totally smoke a bowl and watch a shitty movie together and laugh about it and draw stupid comics while mercilessly ribbing the shit out of each other. Terezi first 'discovered' Dave on the Trollian viewport when she was 6 sweeps, stuck in the lab with the rest of the trolls.
6. Does she have other close friends?
Every troll. Even Vriska, although she wouldn't say it.
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
Terezi is everybody's pal.
8. Which does she consider more important: family or friends?
I don't think this question really applies to a troll.

I don't think trolls marry, but she's currently happily mated and doesn't intend to break the relationship off. However, she doesn't have a partner in the caliginous quadrant -- but I imagine someone who breaks laws with reckless abandon and style might be a worthy target of her ire. :V
10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
See above.
11. Who was her first crush? Who is her latest?
I don't even know. Karkat I guess.
12. What does she look for in a romantic partner?
Somebody who reacts and bothers easy. Crabby people fit the bill nicely. >:]

She's not even supposed to, but Surmat happened anyway as the result of a glitch. Being a custodian is an entirely new thing for her and she's still feeling her way around raising an infant troll the 'right' way (imagine being a new parent and having ZERO parenting instinct or even an example to draw from based on her own experiences as a child, and you have a basic summary of Terezi as a mom). Her sense of pity for the little shit borders on the irrational, and she really does care about the strange shrieking, biting little grub that's annoyed her way into Terezi's life.
But maybe she's doing a good job. Surmat's not dead and she seems pretty happy, and that's what counts, right?

Vriska, goes without saying.

Gender is purely vestigial to trolls.

Terezi fucking loves getting her bone on. But she won't do it with just anyone!

I don't think there's enough space in the world to describe this.
Beliefs

She's pretty much a walking Libra pun, so I'd say so.

Terezi is Troll Jewgish. However, she's a very private person when it comes to religious concerns. That's none of your business.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Yes, she does, and they're quite deeply set if a little on the extreme side. All laws are to be obeyed and observed or suffer appropriate consequences, as she's not afraid to tie your noose herself if you've really done fucked up. As for why, I'd chance a guess and say she started going really nuts with it after Vriska killed Aradia and crippled Tavros, seeking a way to catalyze fitting justice for Vriska's crimes. Although Terezi is no saint herself, realizing that Vriska was killing entirely innocent people and lying to her to carry out these means set the aspirant legislacerator over the edge.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
She's curious, for the most part -- curious and questioning. She already knows that not everyone is going to see things the way she does, but that doesn't stop her from trying to learn more about them so as to better understand (and of course manipulate) them. And mocking, of course.
5. What prejudices does she hold? Are they irrational or does she have a good reason for them?
Justice is blind.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
The City doesn't have a currency system, but prior to that she was making enough money to support going to lawhive. In Sgrub, she was filthy stinking rich.
2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?
Troll social status is determined by blood color, with red being the lowest and violet being the highest. Terezi is teal-blooded, so she's technically in the upper-middle class.
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
She lives in a treehive in the park that she built herself out of scrap materials from Silent Hill. It's solidly-constructed and a pretty nice little place for something made out of trash, and she loves the shit out of it because she made it entirely by herself.
Also, there's a car sticking out of the wall. She sleeps in it. It's the best trophy ever.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
The City doesn't have currency, but she likes collecting books and garish, bright fashion.
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
She's a librarian for the City, and knows her way around it very well considering it's not dissimilar from the law libraries of the Alternian empire... it just contains a wider variety of information to freely access. And lots of awful romance novels about vampires and highlanders (who reads that stuff?).
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
Aside from reading, studying law, and raising her grub, Terezi loves to draw fucking awful art. It's bad, she knows it's bad, but the reactions it gets from people is hilarious.
Also, does trolling count as a hobby?
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
Being Troll Jewgish, it's hard to imagine Terezi eating things like pork and shellfish. I hesitate to say that she'd eschew eating meat entirely, even though it's hard to imagine her eating meat at all, just because there's nothing in canon that states either way. I want to say that living in a tree has given her an appropriate diet of mostly fruits and nuts, maybe some vegetables but her metabolism demands food high in sugar and carbohydrates or some wacky dietitian stuff like that. I don't know. She loves the shit out of junk food though, she can't get enough of nutritionally useless like cotton candy or orange creamsicles.
And red is the best-tasting color, of course.
Associations
Which of the following do you associate with the character, or which is her favorite:
