and now my id is blocked by spamhaus and mails to ilugc are being rejected. Why do these people use stupid services like spamhaus?

and I cannot complain to the administrator because he is also on this b0rked IITM mailserver

even more stupid - my complaint to the person who admins my mailserver is bounced because my ip (which belongs to him) is blacklisted.
