ooh~ this is nice~ i haven't touched the guitar for quite a long time now and playing JE songs on it would be a good practice for me~~ except that I don't have a guitar as of the moment. oh well, i've been planning on buying one in the coming months so ^^

I recommend you this site: www.chordfind.com ^_^ it's really good, it shows where to the fingers go... and I also add tabs for weird chords ^_^ just ask the ones you don't get and I'll add the tab

im currently self learning the guitar, and i see scores like yours everywhere.
i understand how to play tabbed scores, but i simply don't have any idea how this works.
do you have to strum all at a go or ? i know where the fingers are supposed to be placed, but how the melody is played im uncertain.

i need some guidance.

Oh I got it!!... Tell me which song your trying to play or those you want me to help you with, I can add a recorded audio and maybe and "up down down up" or something to explain ^_^

i suppose you just put your fingers according to the chords but not strum it right?

like how do you know which string to pluck next?

Oh ok! I think I understand better what you meant on your first comment, my bad.
In this case yes you strum all the strings (of course there are chords that don't play some strings but since you are learning you can take it slowly). The best way to keep up is by playin along with the music. I do my best to place the chords in the right word (even letter O_O) but I think i should stop writting first on BLOCK cuz when I paste everything here is all wrong. I suggest you to start with easy songs, onigishi is very easy specially if you play along while watching the HEAT UP! DVD and so you can see Yasu playing and try copying him.
