The thing about 'fuck' is, most times it can be ruled as public indecency, therefore it is violating a law. D:

Actually, there was a court case that says that, in certain contexts, fuck does not count as obscene. It's called Cohen v. California.

AWESOME. I took it last year; it was a bunch of fun. If you need AP Gov't notes, I got a shitload.

There are also a series of test concerning obscenities, like the Miller test, the litmus test, and so on and so forth. I'm not as well versed on my court cases as I should be, because we did We The People and my chapter was Chapter 1, which was all Revolutionary history and Reformation shit.
