I'm going to try it out...I just submitted a batch of photos of Millenium Park. I'm kind of wondering what they mean by "identifiable humans". Some of my shots have people but their faces aren't visible...I'm guessing that's ok. I used you as a referrer!

at shutterstock it seems, no face equals ok, if not you can always submit them as editorial. It just limits thier usage. The unidentifiable things is sort of a grey area, and differnt stock agencies have different rules about what is identifiable. Many of the books I have read suggest that one should get a model release pretty much if any human body part is visible in a picture; just to be on the safe side. Shutterstock apperently doesn't see it like that; alot of people submit pictures just as you are describing. So I think you should be ok. Thanks for using me as a refferal :-).
