There's supposed to be, but sometimes the person who gets it won't share it in public. Or it could be that whoever got the clue hasn't checked their e-mail yet.

I'm not sure if you've seen it already or not, but Nokoru had the clue. He shared it with me in the public post when I asked about it. It looks like it clears Ketchum.
