Last week I joined facebook.
I celebrate by posting on livejournal.

In all seriousness, I did it as a way to coordinate an event, but I have been very pleased with the friends that I have reconnected with as a result. I haven't heard from some of these people in several years. The experience has also reminded me that I need to post here more

Yea! I have my Facebook set up to import anything I write in Livejournal, so it really makes conveying the same information to a different host of people really easy.

Alas, I'm currently catching up on posts here, as you might be able to tell by the delayed response to this message!
