Yesterday was the second day this week that I have been in bed for over 24 hours.
I don't know what's wrong with me. Most of the time yesterday I slept and had long, winding dreams that took over everything. I still keep blurring dreams and reality and it's taking me a long time to feel properly awake after getting up.

I accidentally overdosed on friday night and ended up in A&E.
I couldn't calm myself down and just started taking diazepam after diazepam. Once I'd taken a few, I decided that I just wanted to feel better and didn't care about the consequences, so I ended up taking quite a lot, aswell as some Sertraline and Amitriptyline.
